Something great is coming in Houston come springtime as Drybar bring its signature selection of blowouts to the Upper Kirby District. They are also planning to open a second Drybar Houston location in early spring.
The exact opening date is not set or released yet but the buttercup yellow signage announcing the new salon is already up on the windows of the shopping center on Westheimer, near Sloan Hall, just across from West Ave. Some sources are saying that the the doors might just be opened in February or March of this year.
Drybar opened in Houston way back August 2013. Their shop is located in Uptown Park, with the tag line of “No cuts. No color. Just blowouts.” The blow dry bar offers different styles to choose from, including the Manhattan (a sleek straight look) and the Southern Comfort (think big, soft Texas hair), a lot of big hair care deals.
Lastly, Drybar blowouts are $40 and the salon offers a Barfly membership for $75. This includes two blowouts a month and a free birthday blowout as well as a $35 fee instead of $40.
